Successful Strengthening of Sunergy's equity

Sunergy's main financial shareholder - the PK-CSG, Pensionskasse der Credit Suisse Group (Schweiz) - once again renewed its confidence in our company by converting its current accounts contributions since 2008 into equity, ie 2.100.000 Euros.

This is in addition to the 4.500,000 Euros previously brought into equity by the PK-CSG, between 2000 and 2007.

By this action, Sunergy's financial structure is clearly strengthened, to help it continue and intensify its technological research and development programs.
